In today's post, we will learn how to make giant bubbles with our homemade giant bubble maker. Yay...!

The regular bubble makers we're familiar with are small tiny ones that make tiny bubbles. Today, we go BIG. This project is one of those fun things to do with kids and also serves as a form of entertainment for kids.

How is Bubble formed?

Bubbles are formed when a gas, such as air or carbon dioxide, is trapped within a liquid or a solid material. When the gas is under pressure, it becomes dissolved within the liquid or solid. However, when the pressure is released, the gas starts to form bubbles as it tries to escape from the liquid or solid.

In the case of liquids, bubbles can also form due to the action of heat or agitation. When a liquid is heated, the molecules within it become more energetic and move around more, causing bubbles to form. Similarly, when a liquid is agitated, such as by shaking or stirring, it can also cause bubbles to form.

Soap also plays a key role in the formation and stability of bubbles by reducing the surface tension of water, allowing air to become trapped inside a soap film, and creating a flexible and elastic film around the air inside the bubble to help it maintain its shape.

Tips for BIGGER Bubble

  • For a more bubbly solution, you can follow this homemade bubbles recipe: 2 cups of warm water, 1/3 cup of liquid soap, 1/4 cup of corn syrup.

  • Also, Bigger cup = Bigger bubble.

  • Worried about making a mess indoors, take it outdoors (this way you can make your bubble as big as possible)
